Title IX Policies for Individuals Reporting Sexual Harassment and Misconduct

Title IX prohibits discrimination or harassment based on sex or gender, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking. Students, faculty, and staff have the right to make a report to MCC Public Safety, local law enforcement, the NYS police, or choose not to report; to report the incident to MCC; to be protected by MCC from retaliation for reporting; and to receive assistance and resources from MCC.
